Returns & Refunds

At Modern, we always strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we are committed to making the return and refund process simple and fair.

Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a full refund for any item purchased within 30 days of the delivery date. Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Holiday Returns

During the holiday season, we extend our return window for gift purchases. If your order was purchased as a gift, you may return it until January 25, 2026, even if this date goes beyond our standard 30-day return period.

Return Shipping

If the item you received is damaged or defective, Modern will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other return requests, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
